Key Specialisms:

Highways, drainage, earthworks, and housing
Drone surveying, Topcon & Hyper V GPS, maritime UAVs
Advanced mapping, 3D visualisation, and structural monitoring The Role
This dynamic position combines fieldwork with office-based data processing and analysis. It's ideal for a proactive surveyor who enjoys variety and is comfortable with UK-wide travel.
Key Duties Include:

Conduct detailed topographic surveys for civil infrastructure.
Perform setting out and Construction Quality Assurance (CQA)
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and site teams to meet technical specifications Core Responsibilities

Collect and deliver accurate survey data using robotic total stations, GPS, and UAVs
Support earthworks design, cut/fill assessments, and volume calculations
Contribute to 3D modelling, structural monitoring, and site mapping
Assist with surveys for commercial land, quarry, and mineral sites What We’re Looking For

HND/HNC in Civil Engineering (further qualifications desirable)
Previous experience in civil engineering or housebuilding projects
Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of LSS software is advantageous)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Strong communicator, capable of working independently and regionally What’s On Offer
