Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Early Shift – Mon to Thurs, 06:00–14:15

    Our client is a leading contract manufacturer in Southeast England, partnering with some of the UK's most respected OEMs and Tier 1 companies. They offer a supportive, growth-oriented environment where you’ll work on exciting projects using the latest technologies.
    Key Duties:
  • Set up and operate drilling and Pem machines
  • Load and run Robot/Cobot welders
  • Learn to operate CNC Laser, Punchpress, and Brakepress
  • Read engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Perform grinding, finishing and quality checks
  • Maintain a clean, organised work area
    Requirements:
  • Previous metal fabrication or machining experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
    Salary: Based on experience, plus overtime and performance-related bonuses
