Gi Pro are proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing specialist. This company manufactures aerospace products and have been at the forefront of their industry on an international level.

Job Role:

As an Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be tasked for carrying out reactive, preventative, and proactive maintenance for all equipment on site.

Typical Duties will involve:

Carrying out repairs and maintenance of all equipment on site, Providing reactive and preventative maintenance (PPM's)
CNC and PLC fault finding
Attending to machinery breakdowns, fault finding processing equipment.
General onsite maintenance as and when required.
Working effectively alone as well as part of a team of engineers onsite.
Support the maintenance team with upcoming critical construction and infrastructure projects.
Working with Pneumatics and Hydraulics

Desirable experience

Have to have a relevant Engineering qualification (electrical)
Experience as a participant or facilitator in RCM, FMEA, TPM and other maintenance programs / methodologies.
Have to be experienced in a face passed manufacturing environment.
Casting Furnaces,
Large Hydraulic Roberts
Electronic Robots,
Automated systems,Wax Injection Moulding Machines,
Compressors, EDM
CNC milling machines
Inspection equipment
Lighting and component inspection equipment.
Follow up actions to be performed will include replacement or repair of: electrical & electronic components, switches, proximity and limit switches, and machine safety guards.Apply!
