About the Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, your work goes far beyond machine repair. You’ll ensure seamless production by performing:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Reduce downtime and boost productivity.
Fault Finding: Use PLC diagnostics and other tools to identify and resolve issues.
Machine Reliability Improvements: Take a proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving.
Project Work: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering innovation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced production environment and have a proactive, “fix it right the first time” mindset.

Requirements:

Multiskilled with a mechanical or electrical bias
Experience in manufacturing or other fast-paced sectors
Apprentice trained and NVQ Level 3 qualified
Comfortable with shift rotations and overtime as required
Strong problem-solving mentality and a drive for continuous improvement
