Description

Job Description:

Repair and service all factory machinery and plant equipment.
Participate in on-going day to day maintenance of the facility in general.
Participate in trouble shooting activities in respect to machine breakdowns/malfunctions etc.
Assist with the installation of new equipment and machinery as and when required.
Generation of new planned preventative maintenance system, incorporating all plant machinery and equipment.
Undertake planned preventative/predictive maintenance activities in accordance with the annual TPM schedule.
Supporting the Manufacturing Team striving to ensure that the plant is performing effectively and efficiently to achieve the highest levels of 'Right First Time' performance.
Work with external suppliers to obtain quotations for servicing, repairs & installation work.Profile

A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:

Experience of working within a manufacturing or production environment in a maintenance engineer capacity (min 5 years) is essential.
Relative electrical wiring and installation qualification.
Mechanical Engineering qualification.
Should have pneumatic and ideally hydraulic experience.
Robotic experience desirable
Familiarity with booths, air handling units, humidification, filtration, automated conveyor systems.
Manual Handling, Working at Heights, Access Platform (IPAF/MEWP) certificate desirable.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.Job Offer
