    You will be part of a well structured and forward thinking maintenance team, led by an inspirational manager who is passionate about team development. The manager actively drives team growth through individual training plans, with a strong focus on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Continuous Improvement, and upskilling.
    Maintenance Technician – Job Role
    Working as part of a skilled engineering team, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a variety of plant and production machinery.
  • Diagnosing faults and ensuring minimal downtime of equipment.
  • Supporting TPM initiatives and CI projects across the plant.
  • Assisting with equipment upgrades, installations and plant modifications.
    Key Requirements
  • Experience in manufacturing, process or production environment.
  • Multi skilled ideally with exposure to Plc Controls, CNC machinery, or robots.
  • Apprentice trained and qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to improve plant reliability and performance
