Location: Easily commutable from Redditch, Worcester, Kidderminster, Stourbridge & South Birmingham
Salary: c. £49,000 + Paid Overtime + Excellent Benefits
Shifts: Bespoke Days – Monday to Friday

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out planned & reactive maintenance on automated production lines
  • Fault finding and repair on Plc controls, robotics and CNC machinery
  • Supporting Continuous Improvement & TPM initiatives
  • Assisting with new machinery installations, upgrades & modifications
    What We’re Looking For:
  • Multi skilled Maintenance Engineer – electrical skills essential
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent
  • Experience with automation, Plc controls, robotics or CNC equipment (advantageous)
  • Proven ability in fault finding, breakdown response & plant optimisation
  • Proactive team player with strong problem solving skills
