We have a great opportunity to join the team with a world leader in Warehouse Automation Solutions at one of their busy distribution centres in Northampton.
 
Working in this fast paced environment you will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of equipment including robots, conveyors, stations, automated storage retrieval system, palletisers, packaging machinery ensuring warehouse software and documentation is updated accurately. 
 
The engineering team is established and growing and we are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician with an electrical Bias that ideally has experience working in Automated Distribution that can hit the ground running responding to breakdowns and completing scheduled planned maintenance. 
 
Although you will be predominately based at one site you maybe required to support on occasion at another site that is also located in Northampton. 
 
Key Responsibilities for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician

Planned Maintenance of all systems including conveyors, robots etc
Respond to breakdowns 
Strong Attention to detail
CMMS use
Service and repair of equipment on site 
Adhere to Health & Safety Guidelines 
Willing to learn and adapt to role requirements. Qualifications, Skills and Experience for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician 

Apprentice Trained/NVQ/BTEC/C&G Min Level 3 Qualifications
Experience in a similar role 
An excellent understanding of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering 
Excellent communication skills 
Confidently work independently  Salary, Shifts & Benefits of a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician

Salary depending on experience ranges from £38,000 - £43,000 + Shift Premium 
Rotating 6 Week Shift Pattern (Can be subject to change around peak season and clients customer needs so you will have to offer some flexibility)
Early Shift 6am - 4pm
Late Shift 12pm - 10pm

28 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
