Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Coventry
Salary: £50,000 + Overtime

ATA is working with a premier waste management plant in the Coventry area. This is a brand-new state-of-the-art facility with a £60 million investment planned over the next 5 years. They are looking for a skilled engineer to drive the development and processes of the site. This role presents a diverse range of responsibilities, specialized machinery, and substantial investments in both your professional growth and the facility itself.

Shifts:

Week 1: 6am - 2pm
Week 2: 2pm - 10pm
Week 3: 10pm - 6am
Occasional weekends paid as overtime may be required
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the operations team to improve processes and performance.
Requirements:

Proven experience in on-site maintenance activities and working with heavy equipment such as conveyors, motors, bearings, basic fault finding, robotics, and hydraulics.
Completed a minimum Level 3 apprenticeship in engineering or a similar field.
Experience working to tight schedules and in a planned maintenance environment.
Good teamwork skills.
Great problem-solving skills.
Ability to work the shift pattern mentioned in the job description.
Health & Safety awareness and good practices.
Desirable:

Additional qualifications or experience in related fields.
