Are you a committed Physics Teacher driven by enquiry-led learning and STEM innovation?

A forward-thinking academy in Trowbridge requires a full-time Physics Teacher starting September 2025. You’ll work within a forward-minded Science department guiding students through GCSE and A-Level curriculum, lab investigations, and preparation for STEM careers.

The Role
Teach Physics and general Science across KS3–KS5, delivering skill-based lessons with theoretical foundations, practical investigations, and exam readiness strategies.

Key responsibilities will include:



Designing lessons that cultivate critical and scientific thinking

Conducting safe and effective lab-based learning

Supporting revision sessions and intervention classes

Engaging students in STEM competitions and career mentoring

*

Collaborating on curriculum mapping and cross-faculty projects
