With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, we are looking to grow our sales team by hiring an experienced Sales Manager with a solid background in industrial automation.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business across the UK & Ireland, focusing on OEMs and system integrators. This role is predominantly new business-focused, and you will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers in a variety of industries. The role is remote, offering flexibility to manage your own schedule while contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a new business sales strategy for the UK & Ireland, focusing on OEMs and system integrators across sectors such as manufacturing, energy, automotive, and more.
Identify and target new business opportunities with potential clients in the industrial automation space.
Promote our range of industrial automation solutions, ensuring a tailored approach to meet customer needs and drive sales.
Manage the full sales process from lead generation and qualification to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and insights into market trends to senior management.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate new business leads.Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in industrial automation sales, particularly with OEMs and system integrators.
Strong technical understanding of industrial automation systems, including control systems, PLCs, robotics, or similar technologies.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for new business development and sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing your own sales pipeline.
In-depth knowledge of the UK & Ireland industrial automation markets across multiple sectors.
