    What You Need To Succeed
  • Proven experience delivering building structures projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent knowledge of Eurocodes and British Standards.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g. Tekla, Robot, Etabs, or similar).
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small teams.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for innovative, sustainable design.
  • Chartered or near-chartered with the IStructE or ICE.
  • MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
