Job Title: Site Engineer
Location: Glasgow + Various Sites Across Central Belt, Scotland
Salary: £32,500 – £51,750 + Company Car or £4,500 Car Allowance + Bonus Scheme

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading contractor delivering multiple projects across the Central Belt of Scotland. We’re looking for Site Engineers to join their growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction works.

What You’ll Do:



Manage day-to-day surveying and setting out duties on site

*

Ensure quality control and health & safety compliance

*

Plan, schedule, and organise work to meet project deadlines

*

Supervise site labour and subcontractors

*

Liaise with project teams and clients to report on progress

*

Assist with digital engineering information, drawings, and as-built documentation

What We’re Looking For:

*

Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent) – SCQF Level 10

*

Valid CSCS card and 5-day safety qualification

*

Experience on construction sites with some site supervision exposure

*

Ability to set out and level using robotic total station instruments

*

Experience with AutoCAD and understanding of bills of quantities a plus

*

Preferred CIOB membership or working towards it

*

Tier 1 contractor experience is a bonus but not essential
