Reed Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing site who recruiting for an experiencedAutomation Engineer to support and develop PLC, robotics, vision, and control systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll drive automation improvements, support capital projects, reduce downtime, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Key Skills & Experience

• Allen Bradley ControlLogix & CompactLogix PLCs
• Siemens, Omron & Mitsubishi PLCs
• ABB, Fanuc & Mitsubishi robotics
• Keyence vision and automated inspection systems
• SCADA/MES integration and manufacturing data systems
• PLC programming, troubleshooting and optimisation
• Root cause analysis and fault finding in automated environments
• PLC, HMI and robot backup/version control management
• Automation upgrades, commissioning and capital projects
• OEE improvement and downtime reduction initiatives
