Head of Sales

LEC Robotics | London (Knightsbridge) | Full-Time

£70,000-£100,000 base + generous performance bonus

Are you the commercial leader who can scale a sales function from the ground up?

LEC Robotics is one of the UK's fastest growing robotics and automation companies. We deploy cutting edge robotic systems into hospitality, retail, leisure, and commercial businesses across the UK and Europe. The market is wide open. The margins are strong. The opportunities are real.

We are hiring a Head of Sales who can build, lead, and scale all commercial activity across multiple channels and product lines. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set strategy, close deals, and develop your team as we grow.

THE REALITY OF THIS ROLE

This is not a desk job. You'll spend time on top deals, building key relationships, and proving your approach to your team. You'll be the architect of our commercial function, building processes, hiring talent, and holding the business accountable to targets.

You'll manage multiple sales channels: B2B enterprise accounts, specialist markets (robotic kiosks, emerging products), online commerce, and partnerships across the UK and Europe.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build and lead a growing sales team, setting strategy and targets across all channels. Close high-value deals with enterprise and corporate clients, own the relationships, manage the pipeline, negotiate the terms. Establish sales processes, CRM discipline, and forecasting that scale. Hire, develop, and mentor sales talent. Report weekly on metrics: revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, cost of acquisition. Identify new market opportunities and expand across new verticals. Collaborate with ops and technical teams to ensure delivery aligns with commercial commitments.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have 7+ years in B2B sales leadership or enterprise sales. You've built sales teams from scratch. You've closed complex deals with long sales cycles. You have real relationships in hospitality, retail, facilities management, property, or corporate environments. You're commercially sharp. You understand margins, ROI, and what drives decisions.

You're hungry for growth. You stay in deals. You mentor by example. You build processes that enable scale. You're adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving business. You genuinely find robotics and automation exciting, not just the paycheck.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

You'll play a key part in establishing LEC Robotics as a leader in commercial automation. You'll manage significant revenue growth, lead a high-performing team, and build something meaningful. You'll work directly with the COO and shape the commercial direction of the business.

WHAT YOU WILL EARN

£70,000-£100,000 base salary (depending on experience and background) plus generous performance-based bonus tied directly to revenue growth and profitability.

Exceptional earning potential for high performers. As the business scales, so does your opportunity.

Location: Fulham, London. Regular travel across the UK and Europe expected for client engagement and team meetings.

Please note: this role does not offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the existing right to work in the UK.
