We're looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with a strong background in Allen Bradley PLCs to support the delivery of major data centre projects. This is a hands-on role combining on-site commissioning with engineering support, working on high-value, critical infrastructure environments.

Salary/Package

€75,000 - €85,000

Key Responsibilities

Program, configure, and commission Allen Bradley PLC systems (ControlLogix / CompactLogix)

Support the delivery of automation systems within data centre environments

Integrate PLCs with BMS, SCADA, and third-party systems

Carry out on-site testing, commissioning, and fault finding

Work closely with project teams to ensure successful system delivery

Produce and maintain technical documentation

Desired Experience

Proven experience with Allen Bradley / Rockwell PLCs (essential)

Strong background in industrial automation and commissioning

Experience working on data centres or critical infrastructure projects

Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus)

Willingness to travel for on-site work (70%)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
