From Concept to Commissioning - It's Yours to Lead

Your technical input matters here, and it helps shape the systems of tomorrow.

🌟 Why You'll Love This Role:

Full Lifecycle Ownership - From initial customer requirements and functional design specs, through hardware selection, PLC programming, HMI development, testing, and commissioning.

Hardware Design Input - Collaborate on the design of bespoke control panels, including component selection, wiring schematics, and integration with hydraulic and mechanical systems.
Communication Protocols - Work with industrial networks such as EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS, and Modbus, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
Testing & Commissioning - Lead FAT and SAT activities, troubleshoot issues on-site, and ensure systems meet performance and safety standards.
Customer-Facing - Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and deliver tailored automation solutions.

🛠️ What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in control systems engineering within heavy machinery, industrial automation, or manufacturing environments.
Strong PLC programming skills from scratch (Allen Bradley or Siemens preferred).
Experience with motion control, safety systems, and integration of sensors/actuators.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer-facing roles.
A proactive mindset and a desire to mentor and lead.
