Must Have’s

Previous experience in customer service or sales support
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Confident managing customer orders from entry to delivery

Nice to Have’s
Experience in logistics, order fulfilment, or invoicing
Familiarity with CRM/ERP software, Salesforce would be desirable

What you’ll be doing
Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
Coordinate with internal teams to track shipments and delivery timelines
Maintain and update customer and order information
Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries and updates
Support invoicing and reporting tasks as needed
