Electrical Fitter

About this role:

We are currently seeking an Electrical Fitter to join a team working in Luton. This role involves working on production line machinery and robotic cells within an automotive manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will carry out electrical fitting and installation work to support production operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical fitting and installation work on production line machinery and robotic cells.
  
  
• Install and wire electrical components, control panels, and cable management systems.
  
  
• Work alongside mechanical and controls engineers during equipment build and installation.
  
  
• Assist with electrical assembly and modifications to production equipment.
  
  
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site standards and procedures.
  
  Experience Required:
  
  
• Proven experience working as an Electrical Fitter in a car plant or automotive manufacturing environment.
  
  
• Familiarity with robotic cells and automated production machinery.
  
  
• Experience with control panels, cable trays, motors, and industrial wiring.
  
  
• Strong practical skills and a proactive approach to working on-site
