The Role:

As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of new build residential projects from groundworks through to completion. Working closely with the site management and technical teams, you’ll ensure engineering activities are carried out accurately, safely, and in line with design specifications.

Responsibilities:

Surveying for groundworks, drainage, foundations, and structural elements

Interpreting technical drawings and liaising with architects, consultants, and subcontractors

Ensuring compliance with building regulations and site health & safety standards

*

Maintaining accurate records, site diaries, and as-built drawings

*

Contributing to quality control and on-site problem-solving

Requirements:

*

A degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

*

Previous experience working for a residential developer

*

Proficiency in setting out using GPS/robotic instruments

*

Solid understanding of health & safety and CDM regulations

*

Valid CSCS card; SMSTS and First Aid are advantageous
