This gives us the flexibility to offer nationwide coverage combined with invaluable local knowledge.

We're part of the LSL Property Services Group PLC, which includes household names Your Move and Reeds Rains as well as the mortgage network PRIMIS. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers.

  • Work closely with Customer Care to mitigate against and reflect on indemnity claims and the Post Valuation Query team to reduce the number of queries into the business.

  • Manage and develop e.surv’ Robotic Automation Process to ensure consistency of reporting, accurate delivery of Management Information and performance within agreed Service Level Agreements.

  • Author the Equity Release Team’s Management Information pack for presentation to the Senior Management Team ahead of delivery to clients.

  • Input into the production of Blogs/tech papers to provide a technical perspective.

  • Input into the development of slide decks for internal and external presentations by the Equity Release Team (MS Power Point).

  • Aid the Communications Team to enable notifications to be issued to the wider business which provide clear confirmation of mapping, policy and guidance changes.

  • Regular attendance and contribution to Area Manager meetings, where proportionate.

  • Support Learning and Development team in creating learning material covering a range of subjects relating to internal policies, statutory and regulatory changes. This may involve delivery of presentations/webinars to surveyors.

    Essential Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Detailed knowledge of the Equity Release market

  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects without sacrificing quality.

  • Proven Equity Release underwriting experience

  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends in later life lending

  • Excellent communication skills
