Location: Nationwide (UK)

The Role

We are looking for a Field Installation & Service Engineer to join our growing engineering team, installing, commissioning, servicing, and supporting automated pharmacy robotics systems across the UK.

This is a varied and rewarding role, working with the latest automation technology and supporting customers throughout the installation and lifecycle of their robotic systems. You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers, with ongoing training and development provided.

The role involves travel to customer sites across the UK, with overnight accommodation provided where required.

• Installation Bonus – Engineers who have reached the required competency level and participate in installation projects are eligible for a£250 weekly installation bonus.
• On-Call Bonus – Participation in the on-call rota attracts an additional£250 per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain pharmacy automation and robotic systems.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and service visits.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, and software faults.
• Provide technical support to customers on-site and remotely.
• Complete service reports and commissioning documentation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver projects to a high standard.
• Participate in the on-call support rota following successful training.

Requirements

• Engineering qualification or relevant industry experience.
• Previous field service or installation experience preferred.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible approach to travel and customer site work.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Valid passport and willingness to attend manufacturer training in Europe.
• Right to work in the UK.
