You’ll collaborate with engineers across software, autonomy, and robotics teams while building valuable experience in testing, validation, and product development.

This role will require you to be onsite in Wallingford, Oxfordshire 5 days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Verification & Validation team, you will:
- Support the testing and validation of software used across our fleet of robots
- Help develop and improve testing procedures for both hardware and software systems
- Capture, analyse, and benchmark test data to measure robot performance
- Use AI-powered tools and prompting techniques to extract insights and metrics from test results
- Create clear and standardised testing processes for areas such as autonomy, data capture, and platform functionality
- Assist with validating and approving software releases before deployment to production
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams to improve software release workflows and version control processes
- Support regular software release cycles and testing schedules
- Help assess new features, verify bug fixes, and contribute to continuous product improvement
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field
- An interest in software testing, hardware validation, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with robotics, autonomy systems, or data capture technologies is beneficial
- Exposure to testing tools, automation, or scripting is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced technical environment
