Lead Hardware Validation Engineer

Build our lab. Define our standards. Ensure our robots never fail.

We are looking for a veteran Engineer to own the physical integrity of our robotics platform. You will build our test facility from scratch, manage high-end equipment, and lead the certification process for the next generation of AI-driven hardware.

The Role

Lab Ownership: Set up our test facility, select vendors, and commission heavy equipment (Vibration tables, Climatic chambers, etc.).

Validation: Design and execute long-term endurance, environmental, and EMC testing.

Compliance: Direct UL, CE, and FCC certification efforts (IEC 61000/60068).

Data Mastery: Manage DAQ systems (LabVIEW/NI) and sensors to drive product improvements.

What You Bring

5+ years in Hardware Validation (Robotics, Auto, or Aerospace).

Deep Knowledge of regulatory standards and reliability physics.

Project Grit: Experience managing months-long test cycles against tight release roadmaps.

Bonus Skills: SolidWorks/CAD, Python automation, or Li-ion battery testing.
