Great opportunity to work as a Machine Operative for our client, who provides a global source of specialised coatings on both small and large batch sizes

Staffline is recruiting Machine Operatives in Bloxwich.

The rates of pay are £12.21 per hour.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Thursday, and the hours of work are:

  • 6pm to 6am

    Your Time at Work

    As a Machine Operative your duties include:

  • Quality checking of the products
  • Operating machine (blaster)
  • Operating machine (robot)
  • Inserting/hanging car clamps, bolts, etc. in/onto the machine/hooks, so the parts can be painted
  • Performing simple quality and function tests
  • Participating actively in continuous process improvement activities
  • Keeping the immediate work area clean and tidy
  • Following daily tool maintenance routines
  • Meeting daily volume targets and quality standards

  • You will show good attention to detail
  • Ideally machine operating/factory background
