Maintenance Engineer London manufacturing sector (must have hands on role fixing machinery in a factory)
This is actually a 1 year contract, so of you have been interested in getting into contract this could be the opportunity because the company could wait for one month so you can work your notice. The company will also offer you a permanent role at the end of it as well.

Maintenance Engineer basic salary is circa £70k plus extra money can be earned with lots of overtime, current Maintenance Engineer can work 60-70 hours if they wish
Can be either mechanical or electrical
Location North London (Enfield area)
Maintenance Engineer is 12 hour days and nights
Lots of investment on site and new kit being installed

Maintenance Engineer duties;
Reactive and planned maintenance of production machinery
Electrical or mechanical fault finding and repair (depending on skill set)
Minimise Equipment Downtime
Support on breakdowns
Assist with continuous improvementRequirements for Maintenance Engineer
A formal engineering qualification to at least City & Guilds level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent with corresponding practical experience.
Good working knowledge of automated systems/ production machinery
From a manufacturing background
