Job Title: Electronic Design Engineer
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000

Full Time: Monday - Friday

Electronic Design Engineer Duties:

Produce 3D CAD models for component parts based on manufacturer's technical data.

Build detailed 3D assemblies and sub-assemblies to aid equipment and product development.

Engineer new designs and refine existing products to align with customer needs and system specifications.

Investigate emerging technologies to select appropriate materials, components, and production techniques.
Track technical progress, manage schedules, and flag risks to support informed business decisions.
Write supporting materials such as user manuals and technical guides.
Background experience working with gear systems, robotics/automation sector, electronic enclosures, and pressure-rated designs in the space industry would be advantageous

Electronic Design Engineer Requirements:

Preferably qualified in Engineering, with at least five years' experience in CAD-based design.

Skilled in CAD software, Solidworks' or AutoCAD inventor for creating 3D models and technical drawings.

Precise, analytical, and thorough in work approach.

Experienced in designing electro-mechanical systems.
