Are you a PCB Design Engineer with knowledge of Digital Circuits looking for a challenging role where you will have responsibility to lead exciting technical projects within satellite communications and the defence industry?

Do you want to work for a business that will invest in your technical development, training you to become an expert in RF design?

In this position you will be working in the Defence sector, designing cutting edge positioning and navigation technology. This will involve digital and analogue circuit design and verification working within the Hardware team. This is a senior position that will involve developing the junior members of the team and is a great chance to further develop your knowledge and progress your career in the future.

Right on the doorstep of the outstandingly beautiful Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, this company was established over three decades ago and has built a strong, long-lasting foundation in a niche and profitable industry. They supply positioning, navigation and timing technology across the Defence, Aerospace, Marine, Automotive and Security industries and are known for solving complex issues within satellite communication.

This role would suit a PCB Design Engineer from a Digital Circuits background looking to take the lead in technical projects for a business that will continue to invest in your technical development.

The Role:

  • Working within a close-knit electronics hardware team
  • Designing new products and satellite communication technology
  • Expert training on FPGA and RF Design to enhance your technical progression
  • 37 hours per week, flexible working, from a Heysham based office

The Person:

  • PCB Design Engineer or similar
  • Knowledge of Digital Circuit Design
  • Looking for training on RF
