Our client, an innovative engineering consultancy, is looking for an experienced individual to join their dynamic organisation, in a permanent position. This unmissable role offers the opportunity to manage and oversee a variety of multidisciplinary projects, working on a flexible basis, with all operations being based around our client's London office.
-Competitive salary ranging from £55,000-£60,000 (subject to experience).

Responsibilities:
-Oversee the development of structural engineering designs, within a variety of projects, ensuring efficient delivery, whilst following industry regulations and standards.
-Manage the project's design and review processes with the use of relevant software tools, whilst maintaining efficiency and sustainability across all designs.
-Ensure that all work complies with relevant building regulations, security and safety protocols, and other key legislations.
-Build and maintain rapport with industry professionals, stakeholders, clients, and government bodies, to ensure all requirements are being met and implemented.
-Provide support and guidance on a variety structural elements and systems, taking secure construction methods and materials into consideration.
-Support and mentor a team of professionals, promoting professional development, collaborative working, and high-quality performance.
Requirements:
-Extensive experience as a Principal Structural Engineer, or a similar position, with a chartered status, or actively working towards attaining one.
-Significant understanding of structural system design and delivery, with the use of relevant software tools, such as Tekla, Robot, and Revit, and other relevant tools.
-Demonstratable experience with managing and overseeing a team of technicians and engineers through a variety projects.
-Profound acknowledgement of current building regulations, Eurocodes, and key legislations.
-Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport with relevant professional bodies
