Role: Production Operative

Location: Welham Green

Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 depending on experience

Proactive are currently in search of a skilled Production Operative to start work for a market leading manufacturing company based in Welham Green.

As a Production Operative you will be have an opportunity to develop your skills within our manufacturing department, your duties will include picking, packing, reeling, palletising, cutting, checking picking lists, printing labels and using the companies ERP system to check inventory

Key Accountabilties

Good communication skills with co-workers and managers.

Team player and able to work with others to achieve deadlines and objectives.

Able to work in different sections at short notice to meet scheduled requirements.

The ability to read and understand Engineering drawings and diagrams

Committed to a continuous improvement culture.

A logical understanding of, and keenness for problem solving and efficiency improvement.

Competent IT skills

Strong attention to detail.

Driven with a desire to learn and succeed, completing tasks in the required timescales.

Have a background in picking, packing, warehouse, checking stock, using a computer system to check inventory.

Excellent organisational skills being able to plan your workload to meet shipping dates of stock.

Be able to read and understand picking lists, stock lists and identify parts and lot numbers.

To have worked within a recognised Quality Management System such as ISO(Apply online only) and have been committed to a continuous improvement culture. How to Apply:
