Production Operator - Shifts

Our client, a well-established company based in Skelmersdale (Pimbo Road Area) , has an exciting opportunity for a number of production operators to join their team starting ASAP.

This is a temporary ongoing contract , Starting ASAP. Applicants must be available immediately.

Pay : £15.54 Mornings and £16.56 for lates

Working Hours : Shifts -Rotating (applicants must be able to work both shifts)

Mornings : Monday to Thursday 6am-2pm and Friday 6am- 12

Lates: Monday to Thursday 1.55pm - 10pm and Friday 11am- 4.35pm

At our client's company, you will be working within a busy assembly shop environment, operating automated machines and robots. Your responsibilities will include loading machines with products, working to deadlines, and collaborating with a dedicated team. With moderate work direction, you will have control over product quality and make a significant impact on the company's operations.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Production Operative with recent experience in a production environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where quality, safety, and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow production schedules and meet daily targets
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Conduct quality checks and report any issues
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all timesRequirements:

Recent experience in a production or manufacturing role (within the last 12 months preferred)
Good understanding of health and safety practices
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and reliability
