Job Summary

The Project Co-Ordinator is responsible for managing project execution from estimating through to delivery, serving as the key liaison between internal departments and external customers. This role ensures seamless project handover, maintains customer satisfaction, and drives continuous improvement across all project phases.

Your Role and Responsibilities


Work model: onsite

  • Create comprehensive project hand-over documentation packs for production, including signed-off drawings, complete and checked BOMs, and detailed delivery schedules for projects.

  • Manage communication with customers for all project orders. Serve as the primary customer contact for each project, attend site meetings, and manage both internal and external expectations.

  • Proactively identify, monitor, and manage project risks. Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain satisfaction and project progress.

  • Provide / manage quotations for price variances, ensuring customer orders are amended and revised requirements are communicated to production teams.

  • Create comprehensive O&M Manuals for completed projects, ensuring customers have full operational guidance.

  • Conduct EPD calculations for projects as required.

  • Develop lessons learned reports for each project, identifying areas for continuous improvement across estimating, production, and project delivery processes. Provide final project margin analysis.

  • Co-ordinate projects involving Strategic Partner Engagement Programme partners. Act as the customer-facing contact and ensure partner builders have all necessary ABB products to complete their deliverables.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell ABB products throughout the project lifecycle, maximizing revenue and customer value.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Demonstrated experience Project Coordination or project management

  • Strong written and verbal communication ability to engage with diverse stakeholders

  • Excellent customer relationship management with sales and business acumen

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to resolve challenges efficiently

  • High accuracy standards with excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Competency with Microsoft Project and/or ANO project management software

  • Knowledge of technical drawing standards, BOMs, and ability to interpret technical documentation

  • Familiarity with EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) and sustainability reporting practices.

  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams in a dynamic environment
