Join a well established professional services organisation in the financial sector as they grow their Data & Analytics function. They're looking for a Reporting & Insights Analyst to play a key role in delivering data driven insights across the business as part of a collaborative hybrid team.

The organisation has operated successfully for over ten years and now has a global footprint, with its main HQ based in central Glasgow. The data team is a business critical function, meaning your work will have real visibility and impact across the company.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in turning data into actionable insight. A key focus of this team is identifying risks that could affect business performance, so there's a high level of trust and respect for this function across the organisation. Additionally, your work will directly support their extensive customer base in managing their finances more effectively.

You'll be joining a small but experienced team made up of three Analysts and one Developer, a highly collaborative group with deep industry knowledge. It's an ideal environment to learn from seasoned professionals and continue developing your skills in this sector.

You'll primarily work with Power BI and MS SQL Server, so hands on experience with both technologies is essential. Exposure to Azure Data Factory or other data warehousing tools would be a massive bonus for this role.

What's in it for you?

** Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 (depending on experience)

** 9 day fortnight (after passing probation)

** Clear progression path to a Senior Analyst role

** Supportive and collaborative team culture

** Hybrid working (3 to 4 days in the office)

** Relaxed, 2 stage interview process

The organisation is committed to staying at the forefront of technology, so there's also potential to get involved in exciting AI and machine learning projects in the future.

This role would suit someone with a solid foundation in reporting and analysis who's eager to expand their skillset in a fast paced, knowledge rich environment.
