About the Role

We are looking for aSenior / Lead Executive Recruiter with deep expertise inexecutive search within robotics and advanced manufacturing environments. This role is critical in identifying and closing high-impact leadership and niche technical hires in a fast-scaling, high-performance organisation.

You will operate as atrusted partner to hiring managers and leadership, driving complex, high-stakes searches end-to-end, often targetingpassive talent in highly competitive markets. Executive search in robotics and manufacturing requires aresearch-led, network-driven approach due to the limited and highly specialized talent pool.

What You'll Do

  • Leadend-to-end executive and senior-level hiring across robotics, manufacturing, and operations functions

  • Own and deliver onhighly complex and hard-to-fill roles, requiring deep market mapping and proactive headhunting

  • Partner closely withhiring managers and leadership teams to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies Design and executeinnovative sourcing strategies, leveraging:

  • Executive search methodologies (retained-style, research-driven approaches)

  • Advanced sourcing techniques andmodern AI tools

  • Deep industry networks and competitor mapping

  • Act as alead closer, managing offer strategy, stakeholder alignment, and candidate negotiations Build and maintain astrong network of senior talent across robotics and manufacturing sectors

  • Providemarket intelligence, including talent insights, compensation benchmarks, and competitor landscape

  • Champion afast-paced, high-quality hiring process, ensuring speed without compromising candidate experience

  • Utilize tools such asATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter to drive efficient and data-driven hiring

  • Continuously stay on top ofemerging technologies, hiring trends, and talent acquisition innovations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as aSenior / Lead Recruiter or Executive Search Consultant

  • Strong background inexecutive search (headhunting), with experience closing senior and leadership roles

  • Demonstrated success hiring within:

    • Robotics / AI / automation

    • Automotive or advanced manufacturing

    • Operations and industrial environments

  • Track record of closingcomplex, business-critical roles in competitive talent markets

  • Deep understanding ofmanufacturing and robotics ecosystems, including engineering and operations leadership roles

  • Strong ability toinfluence and partner with senior stakeholders

  • Expertise indirect sourcing, market mapping, and engaging passive candidates

  • Experience usingmodern recruitment tools, including ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter

  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in afast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
