Position Overview:

Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Exeter / Southwest

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Company:

Main contractor with a 30-year trading history, specialising in new build care homes with a turnover exceeding £100 million.

Benefits:

Mileage: .25 per mile

Annual Leave: 28 days annual leave

Pension: 3% employee contribution

Bonus: After qualifying period (3-5K)

Work Hours: Early finish on Fridays

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Overseeing site engineering / setting out for new build care homes, including work on car parks, drainage, foundations and 278 works
Ability to read technical drawings and set out work using robotic kit to tight tolerances.
Collaborating with the Site Manager and attending management meetings.
Produce takes offs from drawings
Ensuring tasks align with project timelines and standards.
The role will include travel to various sites around the region with some working away from home
Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience as a Site Engineer.

Education: HND/HNC in Civil Engineering.

Skills: Proficiency in robotic setting out equipment. (Leica, total station)

License: Full UK driving license.
