Having recently acquired KC Controls, we are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join our growing Hydrasun KC Controls division, responsible for managing and developing customer relationships across the Midlands, Southwest England and South Wales.

This is a key role in driving sales growth of our Hydrasun KC Controls product range and delivering industrial process control, measurement instrumentation and flow measurement solutions to a diverse customer base.

The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, deep knowledge of process control solution and a proven ability to deliver value-added services.

Familiarity with instrumentation, flow measurement, and industrial automation products is essential.

Industry experience and regional familiarity are highly desirable.

Essential Experience, Qualifications and Competencies

  • HND or above.

  • Clear, proven experience in a field sales role with a demonstrable track record of success.

  • Strong understanding of process control applications (pressure, temperature, flow, level, analytical).

  • Experience of developing long term customer relationships in new and existing markets.

  • Strong track record of selling added value solutions.

  • Robust understanding of key marketing & market positioning activities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

    Desirable Experience, Qualifications and Competencies

  • Experience working with instrumentation manufacturers or distributors.

  • Established relationships with customers in the South West, Midlands and South Wales.

  • Background in industries such as Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Power or Water.

  • A good working knowledge of Hydrasun KC Controls products & services.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for the region.

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

  • Promote Hydrasun KC Controls’ integrated products and services.

  • Collaborate with key partners including Parker Hannifin and ABB.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet defined KPIs.

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions.
