This is a great opportunity to join one of the leading industrial automation equipment suppliers, as a BDC covering the North East Region. The successful candidate will be required to live in or around Newcastle, a work from home role, must be able to demonstrate growth in previous business development / sales roles. Knowledge and experience of supply chain specialists, automation solutions incorporating pneumatic assemblies and components, electrical drives.

The requirement for running the area will involve managing a mix of official partners with prime focus being on driving End User and Regional OEM business. You are required to have a vocational qualification in business or engineering and an engineering HNC/Degree or higher, previous external sales experience in industrial sales. Experience in working for a manufacturer or distributor would be advantageous.

National overnight stays will be required as and when required
