💼 What You'll Be Doing:

Prospecting mid-market SaaS, tech and engineering-led companies (typically 100-1,000 employees)
Pitching to senior-level HR and commercial stakeholders - CROs, Heads of People, and VPs of Sales
Selling talent and workforce solutions that support global expansion
Researching leads via LinkedIn, social media, events and outbound tools
Making outbound calls, sending personalised outreach, and booking qualified meetings
Working with US and UK-based teams for smooth handovers👤 What You'll Bring:

2-5 years of B2B sales experience - recruitment, SaaS, or service-led preferred
Comfortable pitching to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-stage deals
Strong outbound mentality. You love hunting, not waiting
Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Nav, CRM tools
Intelligent communicator. You listen well, adapt quickly, and speak with credibility
Professional but personable - Well-presented and composed, not robotic
London-based and happy to be in-office full-time near Victoria🎯 What's On Offer:
