Business Development Manager, Robotics, Up to £45,000 Basic, £80,000 OTE + Car Allowance, mileage allowance. We are looking for an elite Business Development Manager with the ambition to run their own business in the UK. The role does not necessarily require industry experience, but your CV should clearly show how you have exceeded sales targets and taken companies from 'x' to 'y'.

This Business Development Manager role is with a leading European manufacturer of cutting-edge robotic automation systems for pharmacies. They require a top-tier business development-led sales professional to spearhead their UK growth. While they are currently a small £1.6M business in the UK, they are rapidly expanding with double-digit year-on-year growth and massive ambitions. Your mission will be to significantly increase market share, build and lead your own sales team, and ultimately take the reins as the UK MD.

In Return, as the Business Development Manager, You Will Receive:

A basic salary of up to £45,000, with an OTE in Year One of £80,000+. Crucially, the OTE is uncapped and could easily reach £150,000+ in your second year and beyond.

We need a 'Grade A' Business Developer who is highly new business driven and motivated by significant earning potential and career progression.
A solution salesperson with a challenger sales approach, adept at selling on unique features and benefits rather than just price.
An exceptional salesperson who is a "sponge for information," able to quickly absorb and apply new knowledge about their complex products.
Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to build and 'run a business within a business'.
Of graduate calibre, with a demonstrable track record of gaining market share and expanding sales through hard work, strategic planning, and tenacity.
Experience selling into pharmacies (e.g., capital equipment, shelving, supply chain services, refitting, back office systems, EPoS, or other infrastructural products - not consumables or pharmaceuticals) would be highly advantageous.
