  Key Responsibilities:
  
• Develop and program control systems, including PLCs and HMIs (Beckhoff, Siemens etc.).
  
• Develop and program robots (ABB, Fanuc, Kawasaki, etc.).
  
• Develop and program off the shelf vision systems and laser markers.
  
• Develop bespoke machine vision applications using python.
  
• Integrate servo motors, VFDs, HMIs, and industrial sensors.
  
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of automation systems.
  
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scope and timelines.
  
• Stay updated on advancements in industrial automation technology.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance during installation and maintenance.
  
• Document project details, specifications, and design changes
  
  • Nice to have - panel build experience
    Requirements:
    
• Based in the North West
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  
• Controls experience, including PLC programming and HMIs
  
• Experience in an automation environment
  
• Proficiency in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
  
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Python experience.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  
• Able to work on- and off-site
  
• Able to travel UK wide and stay at a site for a duration of time
  
• Valid driver’s license
