Your role

Capgemini Engineering are looking for a dedicated, passionate Engagement Manager to join our Aerospace and Defence delivery team. We are looking for an individual with project management experience in the Aerospace and Defence Domain, who has a strong desire for career advancement and the ability to put our customers at the centre of Delivery.

Reporting to the Delivery Executive and/or the Delivery Manager, you will oversee all aspects of delivery within the assigned aerospace account to ensure positive customer experience and controlled performance and enhancement of your project portfolio.

You will lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of small to medium complexity client engagements, ensuring all commitments are met while driving high‑performance delivery and strong commercial outcomes. You will provide end‑to‑end oversight of engagement delivery, including governance, financial and commercial management, and continuous optimisation of delivery performance. This includes managing revenue and margin tracking, forecasting, invoicing, and risk and opportunity management to maximise contribution margin across accounts.

You will also plan and manage the capacity and skills required to deliver current and future engagements, supporting both immediate delivery needs and longer‑term service growth. In parallel, you will foster a strong culture of ethical behaviour and accountability, achieving assigned utilisation and margin targets for yourself and your team of Engagement Managers while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Your profile

  • Degree in either Engineering, Business , PMP or equivalent practical experience.

  • At least 5 years’ Engagement Management experience, including handling multiple clients, business lines and environments; and delivery of large, complex engagements.

  • Experience of working in the Aerospace and Defence sector.

    Desirable but not essential:

  • Professional accreditation in a relevant Engagement Management field.

  • Ability to gain SC clearance
