Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Leicestershire, UK (Worldwide Travel Required)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + Benefits

Overview:

A leading provider of automated machinery and industrial systems is looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer to take ownership of project build, testing, installation, and commissioning of automated lines at customer sites across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and complete pre-delivery build of automated projects

Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) both internally and at customer facilities

Travel internationally to install, commission, and support machinery and control systems

Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and breakdown support at client sites

Experience & Skills Required:

Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilities

Working knowledge of industrial robotics and automation systems

Proven field experience with automated machinery and control systems

Comfortable with international travel

Recognised UK engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND)
