Forward Deployed Engineer – London –DOE - £45k - £120k

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with one of the largest LLM platforms in the world, who have been valued in the Billions who are now opening a brand new office in London to service the EMEA region. As part of the first stage of their expansion, they have asked us to search for Forward Deployed Engineers to assist their customers with integration of their products.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be one of the ambassadors of the business, helping customers across EMEA integrate and deploy their LLM platform. Focusing on customer success as well as building long term relationships with some of the biggest software companies in the world!

The company are looking for Deployed Engineers with a proven track record of success in anything they have done. Whether it be Development, academics or even hobbies!

Responsibilities

  • Assisting Software and transformation companies with integrating and deploying the companies products

  • Identifying use cases for the platform for your customers, ensuring the product is used effectively

  • Building long standing relationships with customers

    Key skills required for this role:

  • Masters or PhD in a relevant field from a Russel Group university or similar level of university in Europe

  • A background in Engineering (Software, Networking, Infrastructure, ML and more can be considered)

  • High achiever in your chosen field (Sports, academics, Software or anything interesting!)

  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills with an interest in dealing with stakeholders and technical leaders

  • Ex Founders or advocates for AI are highly sought after
