Life insuranceHunter Selection is working with a well-established and reputable engineering consultancy that is actively looking to grow its team with a Graduate or Junior Structural Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual at the start of their career who's eager to develop in a supportive and innovative environment.

You'll be joining a respected team delivering a diverse portfolio of structural and infrastructure projects. The role offers hands-on experience with industry-standard design software, exposure to live projects, and close mentorship from experienced Senior Engineers, designed to help you build a strong foundation for your professional growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform engineering calculations and analysis to support project requirements.
Prepare detailed calculation packs for tenders and technical submissions.
Provide technical assistance and support to Senior Engineers.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
Attend site meetings and contribute to project coordination and problem-solving.
Develop and maintain project design models using software such as Revit, Building Designer, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.Qualifications:

Degree in Structural Engineering.Desirable Skills (not essential):

Proficiency in AutoCAD and related Autodesk products.
Experience with structural calculation software such as TEDDS.
Familiarity with building modelling tools (e.g. Revit, Building Designer).
Knowledge of Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis.
Experience with Innovyze Civil Drainage Design software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
