We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer with a mechanical or electrical bias, ideally as close to 50:50 as possible to join our one-of-a-kind manufacturing facility in Coventry.

Operating in a very niche industry, we provide essential high-performance products through our bespoke manufacturing process. With turnover in excess of £50m, we have reinvested this into our plant and are now looking to expand the team further.

Day to day you’ll be working on water jet cutting machines, ABB and Kuka robots, compression moulding presses, hydraulic presses, welding machinery amongst many more. A lot of our plant is very bespoke, prior experience maintaining and repairing these machines is beneficial but not deal breaking.

The successful engineer

Multi skilled engineer, at least 70:30 of either a mechanical and electrical bias is important for this role

Ideally an engineer from a background in manufacturing, however all maintenance engineers from a variety of backgrounds are encouraged to apply e.g. food, automotive, distribution etc.
