What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an individual who is not only a master of their craft but also a strategic thinker, a proactive problem-solver, and genuinely passionate about pushing the limits of engineering.

Extensive, proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally within a high-tech manufacturing, R&D, or advanced industrial environment.

Exceptional electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis and rectification skills across complex machinery.

Advanced proficiency with PLC programming/fault finding, SCADA systems, industrial networks, precision mechanics, and robotics (essential).

A strong commitment to preventative maintenance, predictive technologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Outstanding communication, leadership potential, and the ability to thrive in a high-performance team.

Relevant advanced engineering qualifications (e.g., Degree in Engineering, HND, CEng status, or equivalent).
