Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mechanical Assembly and fitting.

Key Responsibilities:

To assemble various mechanical and electrical components working from engineering drawings and BOMs to produce completed pump assemblies in line with production schedule/build requirements.

To carry out stripping/preparation/termination of various diameters of electrical cable and continuity testing
Mechanically minded, with a keen eye for detail with the ability to think on their feet to resolve issues as they arise.
Carry out general fitting/assembly operations using a variety of handheld, power/air tools with the ability to read engineering drawings and follow work instructions, check lists, visual aids.
Recording and accurate completion of dimensional and quality/test check paperwork, time sheets etc.
The use of overhead cranes and forklift trucks to move large and heavy items around workshop.
The loading and unloading of vehicles as required
Ensuring all activities/tasks are carried out in line with all company HSEW policies and procedures.
The completion of other tasks as may be reasonably requested by the company.Hours :

Monday-Thursday: 08:15 am-16:45 pm

Friday: 08:15 am- 13:45 pm
