Maintenance Technician – Exclusive Toyota Partnership

Location: Deeside, North Wales
Shift Pattern: Panama (12‑hour shifts – 7 days & 7 nights per month)
Salary: £56,600 Basic (inclusive of shift allowance) + Annual Bonus
Pension: Up to 12 % employer contribution

Your day‑to‑day impact

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll keep a highly automated production line running at peak efficiency:

Diagnose, repair and optimise PLC‑controlled CNC machines, robotics and automated conveyor systems.
Execute planned preventive maintenance and respond swiftly to breakdowns, minimising downtime.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive reliability and continuous‑improvement projects.
Record accurate maintenance data and contribute to root‑cause analysis and future‑proofing initiatives.

What you’ll bring

Time‑served apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 (or above) in an electrical or mechanical discipline.
Proven experience maintaining high‑speed, automated manufacturing equipment.
Confident fault‑finding on PLC‑controlled systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron or similar).
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the flexibility to thrive on a Panama shift rota.
