Macgregor Black are partnering a UK leading manufacturing business in the FMCG sector, together we’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing team, keeping high-speed production lines running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with automated equipment, and making a real impact on performance, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do



Carry out planned and reactive maintenance

*

Diagnose and repair electrical & mechanical faults

*

Keep production lines running smoothly (conveyors, wrappers, fillers, robotics, etc.)

*

Support continuous improvement and reliability projects

*

Maintain accurate CMMS updates and follow safety standards

What You’ll Bring

Experience in manufacturing maintenance (FMCG/food/packaging ideal)

Strong electrical & mechanical fault-finding skills

Knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics and safe isolation
