Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Days Based)
£48,000 - £50,000 (OTE £53,000) + Monday to Friday + Days Only + 33 days holiday + Company Bonuses

Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer seeking a hands-on supervisory position, where you'll mentor junior engineers, benefit from a stable Monday-Friday day shift with minimal call-outs, and receive full support towards Gas certification within a well-established company?

In this role, you'll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery, including moulding equipment, ovens, CNC systems, and finishing tools. You'll also contribute to general site upkeep and play a key role during the annual shutdown, with opportunities to work on exciting projects such as robotic installations and equipment upgrades.

This UK-based specialist in rotational moulding has over 45 years of experience delivering high-quality, custom plastic components for industries including automotive, medical, and industrial equipment. Renowned for its end-to-end capabilities from design through to final assembly the company is trusted for its precision, innovation, and commitment to tailored solutions.

This role would suit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who is multi-skilled looking for a supervisory, days-based Monday to Friday role that offers responsibility and autonomy to carry out planned and reactive repairs.

The Role:

Planned and Reactive Maintenance on varies automated machinery such as Injection Moulding and Machine Tools
A list of tasks like welding, fault finding, wiring and installing,
Funded training to gain Gas certification
Minimal call-outs, roughly x2 a month between 6pm-10pm
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm (39 hours)The Person:
